VVS are pleased to offer this 1974 Porsche 2.7 Carrera MFI finished in Gloss black over a full Black leather interior. The 2.7 MFI originated for the legendary 1973 Carrera 2.7 RS, offering the iconic 2.7 engine with added Bosch mechanical fuel injection in an even more accomplished package, and at a fraction of the price. This example is an original European spec car, with it being first delivered to Switzerland in 1974, is finished in the rare combination of Black/Black and a non sunroof example. Having recently been fully restored by marque specalists to the highest standards, with matching numbers and a Porsche certificate of authenticity, this car will grace any collection. In additon to its restoration, a few small tweaks have been made, including RUF suspension components and now running 2.8 RSR compression, pushing power from 210BHP to around 240BHP. In total, 1,647 Euro-spec MFI Carrera coupes were built betwen 1974 and 1976.
